IBAT College Dublin is Ireland’s leading industry-focused third level institution. It provides a rich blend of high quality undergraduate, postgraduate and professional education with a state-of-the-art learning environment in a range of subject areas including:
- business, digital marketing, computing and ICT, sports management, tourism and English language.
Established in 2004 in Swords county, Dublin, IBAT opened a new campus in 2011 in the heart of the city centre at Wellington Quay in Temple Bar. This modern, purpose-built campus houses five floors of teaching and learning facilities including classrooms, an auditorium, IT labs, a library, an MBA debating chamber as well as student recreation and study areas.
In 2016, the college was acquired by Global University Systems – one of Europe’s largest private university and college groups. This acquisition provides IBAT College with the opportunity to widen the market reach of its programmes through GUS’ international education network which extends across more than 60 countries and helps broaden the portfolio of programmes available at the college through collaboration with GUS’ numerous partners.
Education is critical to Ireland’s regeneration and future success. It demands a new approach – an approach that can innovate and evolve at the same pace as business and technology; a model that espouses the highest quality of education and focuses on equipping students with the knowledge and skills they need to progress in their chosen career or upskill and retrain where necessary to ensure they can stay ahead in their field.
