The Healthy Way
Mindfulness is the act of intentionally bringing awareness to the present moment: paying attention in a particular way on purpose and non-judgementally.Mndfulness cultivates a way of being that allows people to live with greater freedom from stress, tension and strain.
This course is based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn STRUCTURE:
A weekly, 2 and a haf hours class for 8wks
A one-day workshop of mindfulness practice.
45 minutes of home practice on every for duration of course(Cds provided)
