The Certificate in the Management of Work-Related Stress is a new online course tailored towards health and social care and related support workers. The course consists of two ten credit modules. Module 1 aims to equip workers with the requisite skills, knowledge and competences to manage their personal levels of work-related stress, while Module 2 aims to help workers create a less stressful working environment.
The course is also delivered entirely asynchronously, which means that the learners can access the course content at a time and place that suits them and submit their completed portfolio activities at the end of each module. Learning support is provided throughout the course in the form of an allocated tutor.
