The Licensing Law Awareness course is designed for individuals who are working within the retail organisation and want to serve alcohol to the public, but who need to be aware of their legal requirements and responsibilities. The Licensing Law Awareness course covers key topics which include the Licensing Law Act in 2003, alcohol and its effects, personal responsibility when serving it, underage drinking, preventing trouble and dealing with incidents.
