About the Tutor

Robin Hills is a highly experienced Emotional Intelligence Coach, Trainer and Facilitator. He is currently the Director of Ei4Change and has over 12 years of expertise in this field. He specialises in a range of courses such as Foundation in Emotional Intelligence, Principles of Emotional Intelligence, Influencing with Behavioural Styles, The Emotionally Intelligent Leader, Understanding Personality Types and much more. He has specialist skills in this area and which gives him a unique perspective when delivering his trainings.

He launched his first online course in October 2014, and has years of experience as a Professional Instructor. He is also the author of two publications, namely, The Authority Guide to Emotional Resilience in Business and The Authority Guide to Behaviour in Business. He is also a Member of the Association of Business Psychology, Registered Coach on the Manchester Metropolitan University Apprenticeship MBA programme and registered with the British Psychological Association.
