As businesses are becoming more challenged in today’s business environment and projects become more complex, greater competencies are required to manage resources efficiently. This evening course is designed to explore project management competencies, the project life cycle, and the various tools and techniques of project initiation, planning, execution, control, and close-out to successfully achieve project deliverables. This project management course will enable the participant to understand the role of the project leader and project sponsor, use the project management process to define the project terms of reference, prepare a project plan, finance a project and develop skills in monitoring, communicating, risk assessment and controlling a project in order to achieve successful project outcomes.

Entry Requirements | Mature Students - If you are 23 years or over from the 1st January of this year, you can apply for this course directly using the College’s online application form. A member of the College’s admissions team will be in touch to discuss your course entry requirements. Under 23 Years - Two Honours Level, Grade C3s or above and four Ordinary Level D3s in your Leaving Certificate (subjects to include Maths and a language) or equivalent exam taken. |
