This module will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed for working in a special needs assisting role. You will learn about the roles and responsibility of the Special Needs Asssisant, including the qualities and skills needed for the role, as well as exploring important areas such as how to work effectively with children, parents, carers, teachers, and others involved in supporting the child.
On completion of completing this component award, learners will receive a Component Certificate which is part of a Major Award.
