Spanish – Level 1 2 3

Conversational Spanish Level 1
This 8 week course is an introductory course for absolute beginners and as such will establish a basic foundation in conversational Spanish. Learn how to greet others, describe yourself, where you live and what you do. The basics in practical situations will also be covered such as eating out, shopping, and asking for directions. You will also learn numbers, dates and how to converse about personal interests.

Conversational Spanish Level 2
This 8 week course is for students who have completed Conversational Spanish Level 1 or who have a beginners level knowledge. The course will cover how to manage conversations in more demanding situations: e.g. daily routine, weather, etc. There will also be a brief introduction to the past and future tenses.

Conversational Spanish Level 3
This 8 week course is aimed at students who have a good beginners foundation, and who are keen to purse Spanish at intermediate level. After an initial review of level 2, the course proceeds to intermediate level. This course aims to increase students level in oral and aural Spanish. Past/present and future tenses will be practised on a regular basis.
