WHAT IS SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT AND GAMES DESIGN?
The games industry is one of the fastest
growing industries globally. This course is
aimed at computer games enthusiasts who
are interested in pursuing a career in the
computer games industry. This one-year
course will allow learners to have an extensive
knowledge of games software development.
Students will develop the skills to be able
to design, create and maintain websites,
databases and computer networks, as well as
the fundamentals of computer programming.
The Games Development element is
designed to encourage the development of
key games development skills especially in
the areas of games software programming,
design and graphics.
