Aims
The Early Childhood Care and Education Level 5 full major award programme offers learners a comprehensive preparation for a career as an Early Years practitioner in a variety of ECCE settings.
Entry Requirements
A minimum Ordinary Level Leaving Certificate standard of education. Mature applicants with relevant life/work experience.
Continuous Assessment
Students need to complete 110 hours of work practice in an ECCE setting.
Continuous assessment including practical skills demonstrations and 1 written examination.
