With the OneDrive Essentials (2016) you can easily access your documents whether you use the personal version or the corporate version. The course is perfect for those with basic experience in cloud-based storage. Upon gaining an understanding of the course, users will be able to share their files with external users and with those within the organisation.
The course will teach learners how to access OneDrive files, open and save files, share files, modify views and sorting and create and rearrange folders.
The OneDrive Essentials (2016) course will enable learners to grasp the concepts of OneDrive for business, how to access, edit and share files from this version, control permission on the files on OneDrive, how to recover files from the Recycle Bin and to know the difference between OneDrive for business and SharePoint document library.

- Access OneDrive documents from inside Microsoft Office apps on your PC, Mac, or mobile device
- Use Versioning and the 2-stage Recycle Bin to recover files
- Control permissions for shared OneDrive files
Access Duration
The course will be directly delivered to you, and you have 12 months access to the online learning platform from the date you joined the course. The course is self-paced and you can complete it in stages, revisiting the lectures at any time.

Method of Assessment
At the end of the course, you will have one assignment to be submitted (you need a mark of 65% to pass) and you can submit the assignment at any time. You will only need to pay £19 for assessment and certification when you submit the assignment. You will receive the results within 72 hours of submittal, and will be sent a certificate in 7-14 days if you have successfully passed.
Certification & Awarding Body

Presenter Information

In 2010 Chip was listed among the Top 150 most influential people in small business IT by SMB PC magazine.
Chip lives with his wife Maren and step-daughter Meg in Anderson, South Carolina where they also co-own a local Managed Service Provider. In his spare time Chip is very active with his church and local charities, and consults with aid organizations serving Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo in Africa.
