Study 365

Overview

If you work within retail and have an establishment that serves alcohol to the public, you should know by now that it is done according to the Licensing Law Act. The Licensing Law Awareness course is ideal for individuals who serve alcohol and want to do it responsibly. When serving alcohol, employees must be aware of their legal responsibilities and requirements. The course will give learners an in-depth understanding of the rules you need to abide by when serving alcohol as stipulated in the Licensing Law Act.

The Licensing Law Awareness course covers key topics which include an introduction to the Licensing Law Act in 2003, alcohol and its effects, personal responsibility when serving the public, underage drinking, preventing trouble and dealing with incidents.
