The ITIL® 4 Foundation will educate you on how to manage IT services and achieve business value within an enterprise. It is a widely accepted approach in service management and will introduce learners to the core principles of ITIL best practices and concepts.

ITIL® 4 Foundation and Official Exam will give learners the opportunity to take the Foundation exam upon the completion of the course. There are no formal pre-requisites to take this exam, however, Accredited Foundation training is recommended.

Whether as an IT Manager, IT Consultant, IT Developer or Business Manager, this Foundation Course is the perfect fit for your career.  Once you successfully complete the examination, you will be awarded an official ITIL® 4 Foundation certificate

You can now take this Foundation exam through Global Edulink. This exam will also test your competence in the service management framework and if you know how to apply ITIL best practices to improve tech-enabled services and products.
