An introduction to Shiatsu with a focus on developing your own sensitivity and understanding of the body, discovering how imbalances arise and how they can be corrected.
This workshop provides good grounding in the healing art of Shiatsu for qualified massage therapists who wish to incorporate new techniques into their practice and for beginners who seek basic skills in Shiatsu for use amongst family and friends.
If you are still fascinated by Shiatsu you can go on to study the 3 year Practitioner Course.
