A recognised qualification in Healthcare Support that demonstrates a broad range of knowledge, skill and competence to work under supervision as a Healthcare Assistant in providing support in a variety of Healthcare settings and/or progress to further or higher education and training – A stepping stone to a degree in Nursing or Social Care.

If you have previous relevant work experience in this field, you may be exempt from the Work Experience Module. Make a list of all your experience and submit to the college, we will then contact you and arrange a meeting.
If you need a letter from the college we can provide you with same to assist you with getting Work Experience
Note: For those pursuing a degree in Nursing – Grade O6 in ordinary level Math’s is mandatory for entry to Nursing Degree programmes in Ireland and Grade O5 in Ordinary level Math’s for entry to UK Degree programmes.
