Diploma in Cybersecurity – Advanced Course Overview
This diploma in cybersecurity is designed for students with some background working in information technology – working professionals looking to enhance their knowledge and explore various domains of cybersecurity. It is particularly designed for students with working experience in at least 2 of the 8 Domains listed below and who may also be interested in achieving their CISSP professional certification.
The lectures will cover the 8 domains of cybersecurity as recognized internationally in a Common Body of Knowledge for Certified Information Systems Security Professionals (CISSP). Students who wish to earn the CISSP certification, should take this course as part of their preparation and study plan to prepare for the CISSP exam. This course will use a detailed textbook to study the concepts as well as giving access to hundreds of practice exam questions.
We will not include hands-on technical labs in this course as it is designed to educate the students on the foundations of security programs and the complex interconnections of the various domains of cybersecurity.

On passing this course then you will be awarded the City Colleges Diploma in Cybersecurity – Advanced.

Students who wish to sit for the official CISSP exam should visit www.isc2.org for more information on the requirements and fees. The registration fee for the official CISSP exam is not included in this lecture course.
