Creative Writing – Level 1

Suitable for the beginner as well as the more experienced writer, the class provides a fun and friendly introduction to writing. Participants are given the opportunity to explore their own creative imaginations. The focus of the class includes:

?Triggering ideas to help become comfortable in expressing yourself creatively
?In-class exercises to explore your own writing style
?Class writings supported by lively group discussion
?Participants examining some very short examples from literature, to help develop an awareness of various literary techniques
