This course is specifically designed for individuals that are new to computers, or want to gain confidence in using a computer. The course covers topics such as using the keyboard and mouse, using Microsoft Word for typing documents, setting up an email account to send and receive emails. We also cover understanding and using the internet to book flights, holidays, event tickets and online banking.

The course is delivered on a step-by-step basis and individual attention is guaranteed (a maximum of 8 students per class).
