Course Description
CompTIA Network+
Griffith College Dublin (GCD)
This evening CompTIA Network+ course validates the knowledge and skills of IT and networking professionals. Network+ is an international, vendor-neutral certification that recognises a technician’s abilities in essential skills for example to install, configure and troubleshoot basic networking hardware, protocols and services.
The part-time course includes many topics that help participants to understand concepts of networking, but it is also a very practical course. The qualification is endorsed by Microsoft, Novell, Cisco, Compaq, and Lotus, among other leading vendors.
Comptia Network+ certification is designed to start or advance your networking career. Some participants having gained a basic knowledge of computing through other training, choose this track to enhance their knowledge by going beyond the use of a basic PC. Network+ is a popular track with individuals looking to become Network Administrators, or to validate knowledge of networking by becoming certified.
