Global Edulink, as an Accredited Examination Organisation (AEO), will now allow you to easily take the COBIT 5 foundation and implementation exams to enhance your qualifications. The main aim of this exams package is to test your knowledge and skills in the COBIT 5 guidance, principles and models to govern and manage an organisation’s internal information systems and technology. This exam will also evaluate if you are competent enough to apply the COBIT elements for enterprise wide projects. By listing these two certificates in your resume, you will be able to successfully demonstrate your knowledge and skills on IT governance and on COBIT governance to potential employers.

Who is this course aimed at?

This exam is aimed at IT professionals involved in the assurance, security, risk, privacy/compliance and the management of information and IT systems

Method of assessment

The format for the foundation exam is as follows:

• Multiple Choice format
• 50 questions per paper
• 25 mark or more required to pass (out of 50 available) – 50%
• 40 minute duration
• Closed book

The format for the implementation exam is as follows:

• Objective testing format
• 4 questions per paper with 20 marks available per question
• 40 marks or more required to pass (out of 80 available) – 50%
• 2½ hours duration
• Open book (COBIT 5 Implementation Guide allowed)

Certification

Successful learners will be awarded the COBIT® 5 Foundation exam certificate and the COBIT® 5 Implementation exam certificate
