This Change Management course aims to develop effective and responsible change agents who have the capacity to implement strategic plans within their areas of organisational responsibility (e.g. administration, course delivery, co-ordination).
The course emphasises the development of skills, competencies and team-building around three modules: strategic planning and implementation; leading others; and self-management. This course is suitable for:
- Leaders, managers and supervisors in public and private organisations
- Leaders, managers, administrators, and coordinators involved in organisational change
