What happens in Coaching Sessions?

In the first couple of sessions, we identify your key areas of concern  e.g. they may include work, or health or relationships or eg building confidence and create a plan of action that is right for you to take to create what it is you want in this area of your life.

How long would we work together?

The recommended minimum period is two months, but sometimes personal coaching can longer. This is because significant life changes take time to identify and establish. An overall assessment takes place every few months to review progress and decide about future appointments.

Who can benefit from Life Coaching?

The people who benefit most from life coaching are those who are willing to take responsibility for their lives and are sincere about making changes.

Where does Life Coaching Take Place?

All one-to-one sessions take place on Zoom/ Skype/Facetime or Whats App at a convenient time for you and include email support between sessions if required.

I recommend you take advantage of my Free 15 minute introductory session which will give you an opportunity to get to know me and understand about life coaching and how it can help you.

Life Coaching appointments take approximately one hour or 90 mins,  either weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs and lifestyle.
