Designed to enhance your knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, this Masters degree programme’s primary target audience are for those with degree level qualifications (NFQ Level 8) in a relevant science or engineering related discipline. This masters degree programme provides an in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processing issues related to the global pharma, biotech, food and device industries. The programme will open the door to international career opportunities you have dreamed about.
Ideally candidates will possess relevant experience in a manufacturing, research and development, quality, supply chain, maintenance or engineering role, in one or more of the following industries –chemical, semiconductor, construction, agriculture, finance, electronics, food & beverage or life science. Selection will be by interview. All applicants must have competence in spoken and written English.
This 12 month programme involves lectures which can be accessed online if preferred, two evenings per week, combined with equipment touch time in a stimulated manufacturing environment two Saturdays per month. The programme is also offered on a full time basis for students who wish to study during the daytime. Workshops are organised at the weekends to facilitate those who are wokring while participating in the programme. Online learning and support will be provided through the use of Moodle. Extensive Coaching & Mentorship workshops will be provided with specific focus on individual assessment and improvement.
