ITIL® 4 FOUNDATION OFFICIAL EXAM + RE-SIT

Overview

This ITIL® 4 foundation certification exam involves certain practices which tend to give the business the strength which they need to transform themselves. Some new and emerging practices are used in this certification, such as Lean, Agile and DevOps and will evolve into providing a total digital transformation in the organisation. This exam will help you to understand how IT interacts with the wider business strategy of the organisation.

The ITIL® 4 Foundation Certification exam will give a basic knowledge of the ITIL concepts to the learners, the terminology which is to be used will be introduced and the structure of the course will be outlined in an effective manner as well. This will be an entry level exam which will help the learners to obtain a certain level of skills which will be needed in order to work in the area of service management in organisations. • Multiple choice examination questions
• 40 questions
• 26 marks required to pass (out of 40 available) – 65%
• 60 minutes’ duration
• Closed book.
