This course from Study 365 is a great way to progress in teaching. We offer learners an in-depth understanding of teaching as a whole, from day-to-day duties, how to deliver excellent lessons, how to plan lessons, and how to give constructive feedback. This course is perfect for students who have some experience working in a teaching environment, and who wish to progress and build on their knowledge. Though you can take part if you have no teaching experience, but you must meet the practice requirements outlined in the mandatory and optional unit (including 3 teaching observations).
Course Description:
- The level 4 Certificate in Education and Training qualification will meet the needs of a range of teachers and trainee teachers who would like to gain a qualification which focuses on practical teaching.
- To be awarded the Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training, learners must achieve a minimum of 36 credits: 21 credits from the mandatory units and a minimum of 15 credits from the optional units. Through this course you will study 5 mandatory units and selected optional unit/s cover 15 credits from followings.

Method of Assessment:
This course is assessed by written assignment, learners must complete several written assignments and teaching sessions, which can be submitted on recorded video (the number of written/practical assignments you will need to complete depends upon which optional units you choose). All assignments must be submitted to the online portal within six months of the course start.
Additionally, £379 (Inc. VAT) is charged for your assessment and certificate. You need to pay this when you are submitting your assessments only (It is not required to pay initially when you are registering). This payment can be paid in installments when you are submitting your assessments.
Certification:
Successful candidates will receive a Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training from Pearson BTEC, who is recognised by equal and Department for Education and Skills.

Entry Requirements | Learners will need to be over the age of 19, and must demonstrate the following: Vocational or academic qualification at Level 3 or higher Basic level of literacy, numeracy and ICT ability In order to qualify for the program (Awarding Body Registration) you will need to make the payment of £129 (Inc. VAT) and submit a completed application form which will be provided to you. This form should be provided to us within a month of enrolment along with the following; Proof of educational qualifications You must provide an identification document such as a passport or a driving licence.
