Multimedia Production.
This Level 5 Multimedia Production course gives a grouding in the tools and techniques used for working across a range of sectors sectors. From websites, advertising, image processing or animation, graduates of the Multimedia Production course have more opportunities than ever before.
The majority of work on the course is practical rather than theory based. Students are given the opportunity to produce varied and substantial portfolios. Students are given ‘hands-on’ training by experienced teachers who guide and support students through all aspects of Multimedia Production. All learners also have access to their own editing suite (iMac with Adobe Premiere Pro) and SLR cameras.
Graduates of Multimedia Production can continue education or enter the professional world. Multimedia production skills are required across all professional industries. Skills learned at Kinsale College with serve students in any career path they choose to take.
Participants will do 10 days of work in a suitable environment. The College will help students in picking a suitable placements.

Students have access to green screen facilities. 3D computer animations are produced using Cinema 4D.

Students who successfully complete the Level 5 Award in Multimedia, will be eligible to apply for the Level 6 Award. Kinsale College has a formal link to CIT under the CCPS and students may gain entry to Year 1 of Multimedia CR112 (portfolio and interview will be required)
