Why take this course?
Designed for aspiring or middle managers looking to develop their personal skills and develop managerial competencies. This course is open to all disciplines working in healthcare clinical and nonclinical.
The 10 week, level-6 QQI approved programme uses individual exercises, group discussions, formal presentations to help learners develop skills in the areas of communication, teamwork, influencing, strategic thinking, planning and organising in healthcare.
The programme will also give an introduction to Agile approach and techniques and how they can be used to foster innovation.
