| Course Times | The course is delivered in two/ three hour classes, over two evenings per week, in academic semesters that run from September to December and January to May, with some Saturdays throughout the year. Induction will take place on Tuesday 18th September @ 6.00pm and course will commence on Thursday 20th September. |

| Entry Requirements | To be eligible for entry to the course, prospective candidates must have obtained ONE of the following: *Five passes in the Leaving Certificate including Mathematics and either Irish or English. *Pass grade in the LCVP *Applicants with equivalent qualifications and/or relevant minimum 5 years work experience in the case of mature student applications (i.e. over 23 years of age). AND Applicants MUST have a trade background or professional working within the property industry. |
