Course Description
ITEC LEVEL 3 DIPLOMA IN REFLEXOLOGY
Walmer College
“Reflexology is a gentle non-invasive holistic therapy that is centuries old. It is an effective form of therapeutic foot massage that works on precise reflex points on the feet. The feet are regarded as a map or a mirror of the person and their body.
The aim of reflexology is to treat the whole person body, mind and spirit to induce a state of relaxation, balance and harmony which may help to stimulate the body’s own healing processes. This is important as it is when the body is in a stressed, tense state that illnesses are more likely to occur. Reflexology can be a wonderful way to ease stress and may be regarded as a positive step towards a healthier lifestyle.”
