Overview
This is a 3 year part-time course.
Content Covered
Fashion Design, Dressmaking, Pattern Cutting, Draping, History of Fashion, Principles of Fabrics, Tailoring, Foundation Course in Art and Competition Participation.
Course Times
The Fashion Design course runs for 3 years. There are 3 terms per year. Students have the option of attending the course:
One day per week from 10:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 16:00.
or
Two nights per week from 19:30 to 21:30
Fees
Fee per term: €450. There are 10 weeks in a term. Students can take the course term by term and are under no obligation to complete the three years to achieve the diploma.
